Product description

The Astrial scenic disc set consists of two separate pieces: the main disc, which displays the primary celestial image, and the background disc, which creates the surrounding environment in the form of a horizon. When the rotation function of the Homestar planetarium is enabled, the main astronomical disc rotates while the background disc remains stationary. This mimics the natural experience of lying down outdoors and watching the sky, where stars flow across the firmament while the surrounding landscape and telescopes remain completely in place.
