Made of stainless steel, these probes are built for active use. They withstand heat up to 380°C and are resistant to steam, water jets, and accidental splashes of oil or sauces. However, it is important to remember that heat resistance does not mean fireproof. Therefore, to avoid safety hazards in the kitchen, do not place the probes directly in an open flame.

The magic of the Levenhuk Wezzer Grill BT20 is revealed when paired with your smartphone. Via Bluetooth, the thermometer connects to your iOS or Android device, and it maintains a stable signal at distances up to 60 meters. Therefore, you can relax in the backyard or watch your favorite show while your steaks sizzle on the grill. The free ToGrill mobile app provides a full suite of useful functions: preset cooking programs for 10 types of food, temperature tracking, and customizable alerts for when your target temperature or doneness is reached. Almost all the settings can be edited to suit your personal taste. The thermometer can also be used as a countdown timer (up to 11 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds).

A powerful magnet on the back allows you to quickly attach the device to a refrigerator, stove, or range hood. The backlit LCD screen always shows the essentials: current temperature, meat doneness level, and battery status. The thermometer operates on 2 AA batteries. After you are finished cooking, you can wash the probes under running water thanks to their IP65 rating (note that the main unit is not waterproof, however, so be sure to always keep it dry).
